A Fish Out of Water is the twenty-eighth 11 minute episode of the animated series, Twipsy.
Synopsis
Twipsy has gone fishing, and he caught himself a friend, the trout Wanda. Meanwhile, he is wanted in cyberspace because his messenger license has run out. Twipsy takes Wanda back to the cyberworld with him, but it's soon obvious that cyberspace is definitely not the right environment for a fish called Wanda...[1]
